Unfortunately under Tier 3 restrictions I cannot open my studio to live classes which is upsetting as I miss your lovely faces and our crazy chats. Thankfully we still have Zoom and I still have every faith that come the new year we will fingers and toes crossed be back to live classes for those that so want them. I can however offer 1-2-1 sessions and massage in the meantime.
I am also keeping my fingers crossed that in February the mornings are light enough to do my outdoor hiit classes. I hope to see you on zoom on my massage table - if not have the safest happiest xmas ever and can i just say again Thank you for your loyalty and support u r all the best xxxx
